By authorizing this, your heart rate data will be saved in the Apple Health App simultaneously with the Heart Rate Pro app. If you choose not to grant authorization, your heart rate data will only be stored locally within the app, and will be deleted when the app is removed.</li>
 <li>Each time you access the settings page within the app, you'll be asked for authorization confirmation to ensure the accurate display of the "Health Application Sharing" toggle.</li>
 <li>If you decide to revoke access, you can do so by opening the "Health" app, selecting "Data Source" -> "HeartRatePro," and toggling it off.</li>
</ol>
